Complete Access Online Unveiled in New Avatar

To break new ground in business travel services, owners of UNIGLOBE Travel offices from across India met in Delhi last month. An important highlight of the summit was the launch of the new version of Complete Access Online, the flagship agent desktop tool from UNIGLOBE and the unveiling of the latest benefits and features of this cutting edge tool.

Collaboration, innovation and business strategy discussions to deal with the changing market forces that pose challenges and scouting for opportunities to use these to get an edge over competition were the key focus of the summit. “In the face of the dynamically changing business travel scenario, clients expect the best fares and rates, increasingly rich reporting, evidence of savings and delivery of superior client service.
